This policy explains what Xtra Point Land (“we”, “us”) collects when you use xtrapointland.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a buyer application, seller application, or buyer-list form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the property preferences or parcel details you provide.

Information collected automatically.We record standard web analytics and advertising identifiers, including page views, referring URLs, campaign parameters (utm_source and similar), and advertising click identifiers such as Meta's fbclid. These tell us which ads and pages produce enquiries.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, match you with properties, send you the property alerts you signed up for, measure and improve our advertising, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Text messages and calls

If you provide a phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about properties and your enquiry, including via automated systems. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop transactional messages about an active purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — our CRM and communications platform, website hosting, payment processing, and title or closing companies involved in a transaction. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We also share information where required by law.

Advertising

We use the Meta advertising pixel and Conversions API to measure ad performance and reach similar audiences. You can manage ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, opt out of texts by replying STOP, and request a copy or deletion of your information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
