Listings, prices, down payments, monthly payments, acreage, and terms shown on this site are for information only and may change or be withdrawn at any time. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a binding commitment to finance. A sale is created only by a written, signed agreement between you and Xtra Point Land.

Accuracy and your own due diligence

We compile listing detail from county records and our own research and aim to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant it. Zoning, permitted uses, utility availability, road access, flood status, and annual taxes vary by parcel and change over time. You are responsible for verifying any fact that matters to your decision with the relevant county or agency before you buy. We encourage you to visit any property before purchasing.

Financing

We finance the properties we sell directly. We are not a bank, mortgage lender, or broker, and nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice. Payment amounts, term length, any interest, fees, and the consequences of missed payments are set out in the land contract for the specific parcel, which you should read in full before signing.

Submissions

Information you submit through our forms must be accurate and yours to provide. Applications are enquiries — they do not reserve a property and create no obligation on either side until we confirm in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xtra Point Land is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
